Dreadful, never seen the story until this morning.
Absolutely no mention of it on the BBC surprise, surprise.
And some people castigate those who are convinced they have an agenda!
Surely this means he can be properly deported under existing laws and following due process? Rather than spending millions per person on this shambles of a scheme.

There is provision for those leaving for Rwanda to be escorted, does this include on the flight, which would reduce the number of seats available ?
Also something like 100,000 Congolese refugees in Rwanda looking for a new home, with the reciprocal agreement there might be more coming back than went out.
