Wales devolved Nation but not independent?

What is the point of being a devolved nation with it's own Senedd Assembly and able to set its it's own taxes and laws if not already independent???

The Senedd still can't manage on it's own after all these years without central Government financial support???

From experience at County level I know that it is impossible to get straight answers as to who is responsible for various shambolic situations in North Wales.
The Tories blame the Taffia in Cardiff for their mis management: and Labour just blame the Tories in Westminster for not giving them enough funds.

I always knew the Assembly would be skewed towards the Taffia heartlands in South Wales, and so it has been proved time and again. But having said that the Assembly is itself just an added tier of bureaucratic box tickers with little concept of how to run a whelk stall never mind a nation.

Very hard to know how we would stand on our own financially; and even if the books could somehow be balanced then there would be virtually no chance of the Assembly having the competence to do so.

Still never mind; maybe we could ask Thick Lizzie and Kama Kharzi to help us out………?
