All depends on soil type really doesn’t it. Anyone with sand probably responds quite well to a plough as it’s self compacting. Anyone with some clay probably better off with a min till approach as it creates smaller lumps and there’s no sand to make the lumps brittle. I know seedbeds were easier here when we ditched the plough.

Just getting set out today. Little tractor was squashing the rowcrops too much. Can’t decide if it’s a crazy idea…seems a bit excessive but it’s so dry out there (on top) that any moisture we can conserve has to be worth it
