been approached by a company wanting a storage compoud on my land , anybody know the value per m2, saying they will pay monthly all above board and legal and no there not the caravan type !!!

It will depend upon how much they need to be on your land so proximity and access to where they need to get to. Can’t really comment further without knowing more.

What ever they may leave behind in a year or 10 down the road will be you problem to sort out ,be very careful ,if it is all above board like you say and you can spare the land go for it . As for price depends on what they are storing if its gold its a high price if its just storage it will be a lot lower
