Hi can still get them at the same money
If I remember correctly on mine I put solid forklift tyres on the outside of the middle packer. They aren’t the same as the pneumatic ones across the rest of the Packer. I don’t know if this is the same on all freeflow dd?The outside tyre on the rear packer of our free flow has disintegrated
I can get a tyre local but where do you get the solid insert that goes in the outside tyres, it seems silicone ish

Ours is the same, the outside tyre either end of the packer is solid but when i took the tyre of it is an ordinary tyre with what seems to like a silicone in itIf I remember correctly on mine I put solid forklift tyres on the outside of the middle packer. Does the drill travel alright on the road with the solid tyres, what speed do you do on the road with themWe also have solid forklift tyres on the outside of our centre packer.
I have bought some second hand tyres to replace the worn ones in the middle, and they came with some thick rubber band type things that go in the tyres to give them support.
Sorry not for sale.
Yes it travels fine on the road, I only go at 30kph or less and try to have an empty hopper especially if I'm going any distance.Does the drill travel alright on the road with the solid tyres, what speed do you do on the road with them
Mine is awful on the road; pulled by challenger on horrific country roads with cambers. It’d rattle me to death much over 20kph. The newly surfaced flatter part of road is much better but still not great.Does the drill travel alright on the road with the solid tyres, what speed do you do on the road with them
Replacing tyres is an absolute pig of a job. Need some lube, forklift, and a sturdy stanchion to press against with tines to slide new tyres on.Do the solid forklift tyres slide on to the tube of the packer ok.
Rang to get a price on them and they said you normally get them pressed on for forklifts but i assume the center tube of the Freeflow packer is small enough that they just slide on
Some of that is down to the ride of the challengerMine is awful on the road; pulled by challenger on horrific country roads with cambers. It’d rattle me to death much over 20kph. The newly surfaced flatter part of road is much better but still not great.
