We got some from bigtyres.co.uk in the end. The tyres are called solideal made by camso and are 14ply rating. Turned out to be the same tread pattern aswell. Ended up cutting the old ones off to get them off, bit of a pig of a job. Hope this helps.

Big tyres are £112 for a pneumatic and around £250 for a solid but I was led to believe the solid ones on the freeflow were just foam filled. Have you got the octico tyre packer on the front @Try to succeed?

Yes I have the Otico. However that is going to need attention too as it has been sliced a few times recently and it isn't consolidating adequately for us. It is just running on the harder rims now and with min till it can cause an issue with the straw as we found out last year. I'm told there's a place in my local town that can mend the existing tyres so will ring them today; and will also see if they can supply new.
Have you managed to get them anywhere @R&D?

How did you get the new ones on? mine looks like a welded end plate would have to be cut off.

Ours is welded on so we're having them lathed off instead of making a mess with the grinder. I assume we'll have to compress them down when tyres have been replaced and weld the end plate on.

Sorry haven't got any more photos. Once you have unbolted the side plate it should all just pull apart easily, as there is nothing holding the bearing in the side cheek.

I have a 4m freeflow im selling, it’s in working order but has a slightly bent wing, bent whilst traveling on road catching a manhole! Was like it when I got it and drills fine could be bent back would be good for direct drill project. May break if no interest as a whole, has rubber wheels and nearly new rear wire scraper. Will list on classified when I get s moment to take s few pics.
