Have you noticed that those dogs tend to have lived indoors?

We’ve not experienced it as yet, thankfully, so can’t really confirm either way

I've not seen it in dogs housed outdoors, only indoor ones, maybe simply because the indoor dog has easier life and lives longer, but I do suspect carcinogens in the modern indoor environment.
