Wondering what others have been quoted/charged to supply and lay 150mm concrete with mesh from contractors for the RP15 concrete yard renewal?
Thanks in advance

£60-£65/sqm including the concrete. I think its roughly 50% concrete and 50% to lay it. That price includes the pre work as well by the way but its already on a hard base so no need to buy in stone etc.

is this grant available in all areas ? what criteria to qualify ?

I looked at it last year with the defra freebie consultation advice thing they did and were told we would not qualify. If you have livestock its to better manage where they walk and the sewage run off. You'll need to put in a drainage plan as well.

Enquired last year & was told our bit of the Tyne catchment was no considered a problem so no grant.
Heard on the grapevine a few months ago the qualifying areas had been extended.
First step is to send in a form requesting a visit from "Catchment Sensitive Adviser "
Very helpful young lady came out & said what they would approve.
In our case, drains to keep storm water seperate, Shed spouts, (Knackered 40 year old ) & concrete
Her report goes to RPA with yout CS capital grant application
