I’m not known for being tactful with others outside the farming community but given its a small tight knit community I’d be in favour or attaching the fence to the tow hitch and rip your fence out. Granted it’s malicious but it should put the boss on a different footing regards your request on the parking. Nothings going to change until it’s costing them money. Might want to check fir security cameras thou.

Get your planning permission sorted,, then ask them again and if they don’t sort it tip a few loads of muck up against the fence 🤷🏻‍♂️ ideally while they’re vans are parked there too 😂

Get everyone on TFF to sign up to 'text now' send him an anonymous message every day for a week, subject 'Hi Plumber', 'central heating' or 'leaking pipes' message 'don't park too close to the fence'

He'll have to check them all thinking it might be a genuine customer.

Drill 20mm hole through posts. Insert length of M20 threaded bar. Tighten nuts either side. Grind point onto threaded bar.
