RPA helpline - are their any humans left?

As it says really, Ive been trying to get through to the RPA for nearly 3 weeks now with some technical queries, but the line always chruns out the old Covid bull of "exeptional times" and high call volumes, then puts you through to the call back thing.

Ive been asking for a call back for 3 weeks but they never try - not had a single missed call even from a withheld number.

Emails as usual just say go online and do x y z and ignore any of the points or questions asked as time is ticking on for sorting issues.

Have rpa fallen back into old habits and just become useless again and just gone back to doing nothing in the hope we go away? Is their a landline number you can bypass the filter/go away options q system like their is with some agencies?

Keep trying. I spoke to someone there this morning after 2 goes on the hold queue and 7 calls in total. Just hang up if you get the callback message and try again in a couple of minutes.

The chap I spoke to said SFI has hammered them, more calls than they've ever had and no more staff to deal with it.

Well what did they expect by removing BPS at short notice with an intense taper? an industry that the country depends on to live literally and they totally changed its financial landscape at short notice with no advance planning or details - and they didnt just hire another 50 call centre staff? this is how BPS 2015 fiasco was created.

I spoke to a helpline operator this morning. Earlier in the week I just got the call back which I like you book but only rarely do RPA call back. But if keep trying eventually get onto the wait list - this morning I started at number 7 and 15 minutes later got to speak with someone.
