Hey Everyone - Josh here Ceo of both branches of the the business. I thought it might be nice to hear things from the horses mouth so to speak - I founded Easy Crypto Hunter back in 2017, primarily to serve the rapidly growing need for GPU based mining hardware to power the growing crypto market- in order for the coins to move around you need machines to process those transactions and you can effectively earn a service fee for the provision of that service . For the last 6 years this has been our bread and butter and we have grown to be one of the largest hardware providers in the uk- hand building all of our equipment just outside of Manchester. With the development of of the Artificial intelligence market it became clear that it too required vast amounts of compute resources that predominantly required the same base hardware ( computer graphics cards ) to process the huge data required in that sector . I then took the company down this new path and created the co brand of Easy Compute to serve the need for this market and after deploying vast amounts of internal capital on research and development, we used our multi year history in the sector to bring forward in our 7th year a new 2 in 1 product that can both mine crypto OR receive payments in £ direct to your bank from rentals to the AI compute space - essentially think of these new systems as Air BNB for computers . Its no secret that the crypto market is very volatile , however over the past 15 years its been one of the highest preforming asset classes and our clients have historically reaped excellent rewards . The new opportunity for AI compute rentals simply make the machines an even more attractive proposition as they now cross two entirely different markets and many of our new clients have no interest in crypto but are very happy receiving pounds and pence for their machine rentals . The ability for the systems to switch between how they earn their revenue should go a long way to smooth out any negative market forces that you may have historically have been exposed to in the crypto world and make the overall business case that bit easier to digest. I entirely appreciate peoples scepticism to this - but equally this was a similar level of repulsion that people had 15 years ago when the first solar or wind turbines were installed with getting paid for the power they produced all being too good to be true -until it wasn't and is now a very commonly understood revenue path for the sector, with many wishing they had entered that market earlier when the tariffs were higher. At this point no one is putting their head above the parapet , we are live on over 65 farms across the uk, with over 350 total clients. My goal for the business as we continue to grow is to take advantage of the need for distributed computer processing power and match that with the under utilized resources found present in the farming community offering best case solutions for problems across both market sectors. Is crypto a scam - well we get asked that question plenty and 15 years ago one could make a good argument for both yes and no. Few simply realise just how far we have come today . Bitcoin is now an SEC approved regulated asset class meaning you now buy bitcoin on the US stock exchange with the FCA approving a similar notion for us brits later this year. At this point we are talking about a multi trillion dollar market that is just much more developed than people realise. Regarding the future of artificial intelligence - well no one can escape that from being in just about every news article and every place we look right now. Trying to hold back the tides of change is no longer possible ,and just like the growth of the internet in the 90s and early 2000's more demand means more physical processing is required and that's ultimately the service we provide. The purpose of this open day is exactly to address these things head on - to answer the concerns and questions whilst giving you potential real solutions to the very complex farm diversification issue many people are facing at the moment topped off by an in person visit to my personal data centre which ive heavily invested myself into. My aim is to simply educate and inform and let you guys make up your own minds as to how this might be of interest to you moving forward . At best case you may have found the solution you are looking for, earning very healthy returns from nothing but a plug socket and an internet connection with no extra staff requirement and no members of the public to contend with and the potential tax benefits of the equipment offering the final cherry on top! At worse case its a nice day out with a free lunch meeting other likeminded farmers who share your passions whilst learning a thing or or two about crypto and AI and how they might play a big part of modern business moving forward. In either case i would like to think there is great benefit to all. I cant wait to meet you all in person at the event, Kind regards Josh
