Claas have only had a dealer in the country for two years however they are very good. Getting parts in Kenya within one week is very good. New Holland quote for parts and then tell you it will take three months. We have very specialist machines for Kenya. In 2022 only two new combines were sold. We’ve got two VW Amaroks and the main dealer doesn’t have parts and won’t get them. It’s very different to what you are used to.Not being smart here, but why dont you just buy brands that has parts available in kenya?
