Out of curiosity how many of you with high blood pressure have had it start within the last 3 years? A huge number of my friends now have high BP or atrial fibrillation and are on tablets.

Don't know but they all seem to have got it in the last 3 years or so, other half is an acupuncturist and has noticed similar in patients.

Yeah high cholesterol and high blood pressure both since being jabbed for covid

High blood pressure and AF because my mRNA went wrong. Maybe stop listening to idiots who are telling you it was 'just the flu'??

Mine just started or certainly been made aware of it within the last year.
Did a treadmill test in hospital for another condition 4 years ago & told I was as fit as somebody 20 years younger than me. In at GP 6 months ago & BP was 220

Know a good few other people my age(51) also recently diagnosed with it.
Reckon it’s either Covid or the Vaccine.
