I am a student from Newcastle University conducting a study on Protein Products and Messaging in the Agri-Food Industry, focusing on stakeholders in Farming, Dairy Processing, NPD, R&D and Food Marketing.
To address our research question on protein products and messaging in the agri-food industry, we are examining the knowledge levels of key stakeholders—dairy production, New Product Development (NPD), Research and Development (R&D) and marketing teams—involved in producing high-protein dairy products. We aim to understand the motivations behind formulating these products and finally putting them on consumer shelves.
