    The call back service is atrocious. Since Xmas I have kept a log of times requested a call back. Will be several and so far only one reply. I didn't use to bother and just called helpine later but now I always request a call back just to find out how atrocious.

    the odd ones locally take Maize and some Rye. Not heard of any using grass. There aren't actually that many in my part of the world and those that are supply is pretty much tied up.
