I've never stopped selling, I don't have much left, my rule was, it had to have a 2 in front of it (feed wheat) I have broken it a few times, slightly, but my average is above it.
If I hadn't sold any 24 harvest yet I would be looking at fixing some, and will probably do a little bit more anyhow.
I know of one that is full, and it will stay full. They are, or were, buying in to cover current requirements.
I'm guessing for 2 reasons.
Prices are going to go up
Fears of shortages
I'm not sure it will, it all depends on June and July. Obviously there will be areas that are, yours in particular. it's amazing how well some crops have improved in the last few weeks
Same here, followed the pre em labels to the letter. Got them on, straight after drilling, into moist (very moist) seedbeds and results have been very disappointing
I'm thinking low disturbance subsoiling before OSR, and or beans
Winter beans DD don't look as well as those that went in min till this year :( but it could just be beans being beans. Last year DD winter beans worked well at home but not bon contract land. 🤷♀️
