farmer girl I have noticed some of your mother cows have horns, do you have problems with wolves?
It's not a big problem here yet for cattle, but huge for sheep, goats. But wolves population is getting bigger each year. We never dehorned, so those who are polled they are genetically. It would be an issue if they were kept in the barn during winter though.
