Been thinking about making a front drum mower. If the drums turn as in the diagram would all the cut grass be in swath B ? What are your thoughts?

Yes but that volume of grass won't go between the drums at a sensab forward working speed. If you Google pz /Greenland front mowers and you will see that mowers like that put out two rows for that resan

So would it be better to have the large drums on the inside, also being organic i don't have huge yields. Going for a little and often approach.

I’ve an 8’ cut disc mower for sale,has two drums at the rear so you don’t drive on the grass,it’s perfect for zero grazing.
