Has the price of feed barley risen a lot over the last 3 weeks? I sold some to a near neighbour 3 weeks ago and I let him find out the price but he paid £150 a ton for good bold spring barley.
Just had a look back and I was quoted £166 exfarm barley on April 18th.

I think it had got down to £150 early March time, but has recovered quite a lot since. Spot prices was £174 here on Monday.

I'm not going to have enough to get me combining but still have plenty in store think it's only going up plus it's available now

That might have been the quoted price, 3 weeks ago, but no-one was selling at that, I believe. @Full of bull(s) will know better.
It’s very tight round here but has levelled off I think the last week. About £186-190 ex farm I believe depending on quality, I would give £180 ex for good bold Spring barley, hell there’s some shyte 6 row about
