still haven’t seen any in sorghum being harvested, but they are in there.

normally it’s a mad panic dash for freedom when the last strip is harvested 🤣View attachment 1178962
It was bad enough putting a panicking fox through a combine a few years ago and hoping the drum wouldn’t block. I can’t imagine a pig would make it through!

at least with sorghum, the heads are up nice & high, above piggy height.
Harvesting mungbeans or chickpeas or other crops where the front is flat in the deck - that’s a different story . . .

pigs tend to be very solid

Due to the weather and 2 more flair ups of my Polymyalgia Rheumatica,my team turned up this morning and laid 9.3metres for me , today is only dry day of the week if you can believe the forecast

Been contracting today with the GD
Lots of faffing about drilling 2 fields of ab9 after maize that was left in quite a state, 2 different seed batches for each 8 acre so had a double calibration session 🙄

Then reset the drill, calibrated again and started in the best part of the job, 150 acre of barley for a CS bird food option on the same fields I drilled oats last year. 👍
