Been cleaning a ditch out .

Bloke down end of road complaining that the ditch kept overflowing onto his property. I explained that the problem was not with the ditch but the pipe that runs through his property was probably blocked the other night but he was having none of it so just to prove the point I cleaned ditch out ...... and then suggested to him perhaps we look at his end. .......he still said it was the ditch not his pipe so I made a deal ....I would slip round with digger and dig his end out , if the pipe still didn't run I would give him £50 , if it did run then he would give me £50 .....15 mins later..

Bliddy amateurs. We rent some fields from a big house and trees had fallen on the fence over the winter. Undercut first one and just a small bit holding the top so nicked it and jammed it. Couldn't lift it so rigged the wire strainer to help.

Thought I wouldn't make same mistake second tree. Cut a wedge then undercut it only to jam it again. Still can't work out why it wanted to go up rather than down apart from a lump of soil round the roots. Handsaw cleared it. Better have lunch.

Good to be actually drilling at last.
This should have been drilled last October with Beans.
Now switched to barley because we‘ll need the straw.
Too wet still to use the GD, so using @Warnsworth Horsch that Weaving have modified using their Artemis drive system.
Not exactly ideal conditions but passable as the forecast is rubbish after lunchtime time again.
